Sigma NX respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.
1. What we collect
- When you enquire or enrol: your name, phone number, email address, course interest and any message you send through our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- When you take a course: your enrolment details, progress, quiz answers and completion status.
- Certificates: your name, course, completion date and a certificate number.
- Payments: handled by TagMango and its payment partners. We receive confirmation of payment and your contact details, but not your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical information: basic data such as browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider may record for security and to keep the site running.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries, enrol you, deliver courses and give support
- To issue and verify certificates
- To share course updates and offers you asked about (you can say stop at any time)
- To give career guidance and placement support, when you ask for it
- To keep records we must keep by law, and to keep our website and systems safe
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Sigma NX, for example TagMango (course platform and payments), Google (forms and email), WhatsApp, and Cloudflare (website hosting), and with employers or training partners only when you ask us to introduce you. We may also share information when the law requires it.
4. Certificate verification
Anyone who has a certificate number can check it on our verification page. It shows only your name, course, mode of study and completion date. Marks and contact details are not shown.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for certificate verification and our records. Ask us if you want it removed.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to stop messages, or to withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as issued certificates and tax records, may need to stay as the law or verification requires.
7. Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as access controls and trusted providers. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your own login details private.
8. Children
Our courses are for adults and students aged 18 and above. If a parent or guardian believes a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of this page.
