These terms apply to your use of sigmanx.com and to the courses, materials and services of Sigma NX (GSTIN 32BXEPR4135H1ZL, Udyam registration UDYAM-KL-02-0123490). By enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Our courses

Sigma NX provides online job-skills training, including live batches and self-paced recorded courses. Course content, length and fees are shown on the course page or shared with you before you pay. We may improve or update course content from time to time.

2. Fees and payment

Fees are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Self-paced courses are usually sold through the TagMango platform, and payments are handled by TagMango and its payment partners. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Your access

Your enrolment is personal to you. You may not share your login, record, copy, resell, upload or distribute the videos, notes, quizzes or any other course material, in whole or in part. We may stop access without a refund if you do.

4. Certificates

A Sigma NX certificate is issued when you complete the course requirements. Each certificate has a unique number that anyone can check at sigmanx.com/verify, which shows your name, course and completion date. A certificate shows that you completed a Sigma NX course. It is not a government, university or regulator qualification or licence, and we may revoke a certificate that was obtained by cheating or misuse.

5. Career guidance and placement

We give career guidance, interview preparation and, where available, placement support. We do not guarantee any job, interview, salary or visa. Hiring decisions are made only by employers. Please be careful: never pay money to anyone who promises a guaranteed job, and report anyone who claims to act for Sigma NX and asks you for money for a job.

6. Using the website and being fair

Please give correct information when you enrol, use courses lawfully and respect trainers and other learners. Do not misuse the website, forms or systems, or try to gain unauthorised access.

7. Intellectual property

The courses, videos, slides, documents, logo and website content belong to Sigma NX or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning.

8. Limits of liability

We work to give accurate, useful training, but we provide it for general learning and do not promise specific results. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the course concerned. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Refunds

Please read our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under law.
